What is Aluminum Injection Molding?

Aluminum injection molding (die casting) is the process of shaping molten aluminum by injecting it into a steel mold under high pressure.

The molten aluminum is pressed into the mold cavity through an injection machine. Once the mold cools, the solidified part is removed and processed if necessary (deburring, surface treatment). This method is widely used in the production of high-precision, durable and mass production-ready metal parts.
